The purchase of any tour services offered by Iñaque Tours through this website shall be deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted these terms and conditions outlined herein.
Any arrangements which are not made through Iñaque Tours are ones for which we have no responsibility or liability.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION POLICY
Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of down payment. Failure to pay the required deposit on the specified period would mean no confirmation of booking. However, for bookings made less than three days prior to tour date, a full payment is required. Once deposited, do provide us a copy of your deposit/remittance slip by scanned and email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate as well your complete name and code of the purchased tour package.

Checks may be accepted as payment for local travelers. However, check/s received is not considered “paid”, unless cleared by our bank.
All rates are fixed as published on this website. Rate is per person. Iñaque Tours strictly practices a “No hidden Charge” policy.
Iñaque Tours reserves the right to change the rate as published on this website at anytime without prior notice.
Special rates maybe offered from time to time which may be different as those published on this website.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancelation must be made in writing by the person who made the original booking
- 80% refund of payment less charges incurred for cancelation made 3 days prior to tour date.
- 50% refund of payment less charges incurred for cancelation made 2 days prior to tour date.
- No refund of payment for cancelation made on the day of tour.
For Package Tours, cancelation charge per booking varies in every hotel since each has its own cancelation policy. We will provide you a copy of cancelation policy of your hotel.
If you wish to modify your confirmed booking, a written request should be made 15 days prior to tour date otherwise a necessary charge may apply per person for any modification made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the value of booking.
RELEASE OF IMAGES
You agree that Iñaque Tours may use, re-use and reproduce any images, photos or videos that you send to us, or that are taken by our guides and/or other travelers of you individually or in a group, in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media, or Internet, free of charge and without your right to inspection, for promoting and publicizing our tour products and services worldwide. If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Iñaque Tours will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statues of the Philippine Government, strikes, riots, falsification of papers, and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Iñaque Tours.
We highly recommend that prior to your scheduled travel, you acquire a travel insurance for your protection. You may proceed your booking only if you agree with our policy.
